Founder of Piccadilly Estates and an accomplished property investor with a medium-sized portfolio in the UK, Dr. Sinan Düztaş brings over 20 years of expertise in Investment and Retail Banking. Before establishing Piccadilly Estates, he served as Vice President at one of the world’s largest investment banks. He holds a PhD in Management and Organization, combining academic excellence with extensive industry experience.
After earning her law degree from the University of Southampton, Beritan transitioned into the real estate industry, where she spent six years at Foxtons as a Lettings Negotiator and later as a Valuer. She briefly worked for Proptech before joining Piccadilly Estates in 2023 as a Senior Property Sales Consultant. In addition to her expertise in property sales, Beritan provides dedicated support to our clients for relocation services.
With over 20 years of experience in brand management and strategy development across global brands such as Amazon Prime, Turkcell, Coca-Cola, and Danone, as well as various sectors including FMCG, telecom, retail, entertainment, and technology, Çiğdem Sökmen, currently manages brand strategy and marketing communication at Piccadilly Estates.
Gökhan Piskin is a senior technology leader in the banking sector. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Master's in Marine Engineering and a background in Philosophy. With his extensive knowledge in financial technologies, he manages the digital infrastructure at Piccadilly Estates and provides strategic support in business development processes.
Kezban Tahaoglu holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Dokuz Eylul University. Throughout her career, she has worked at Yapı Kredi Bank and BNP Paribas Fortis, holding senior positions in finance and banking. Before joining Piccadilly Estates, she served as a Branch Manager at Yapı Kredi Bank, where she managed high-net-worth individual clients and SME portfolios. Hakan Bektas graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering and completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration. She also actively works as a court-appointed expert in the fields of banking and finance. Blending years of experience with a trust-driven, perfectionist, and client-centric approach, she is now providing professional property consultancy at our Astoria Istanbul office.
